Directions to Excel Rehabilitation:

From the beltway:

Take 495 to Route 50 (Arlington Blvd.) WEST. Go approximately 3 ½ miles and the Fairfax Racquet and Fitness Club (stone pillars out front) is on your right, about ½ mile after Fairfax Circle, just past the Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Excel Rehab is INSIDE the Fairfax Racquet Club. Go in the main entrance and look to your left.

From 66 WEST:

Take the Nutley SOUTH exit towards Fairfax. Turn RIGHT on Lee Highway (Route 29). At Fairfax Circle bear RIGHT onto 50 WEST. See above from Fairfax Circle.

From 66 EAST:

Take 123 SOUTH and turn LEFT on Fairfax Blvd/Lee Hwy (Route 50 EAST and Route 29) and go approximately 3 miles. You will pass the club on your left after PJ Skidoos and Regency Furniture. You need to do a U-turn at Town and Country Animal Hospital and then turn RIGHT into the Fairfax Racquet and Fitness Club. (See above)

Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only and current prescription. Physical therapy treatment in Virginia is by physician referral only. When you come for your appointment please remember to bring your prescription, insurance card(s) and any X-rays, MRIs or physician reports that might be beneficial for the therapist. If you are a knee or hip patient, please wear or bring shorts or loose-fitting pants. If you are coming for your shoulder, a loose shirt or a tank top will be helpful.

*If your insurance is not listed and you have out-of-network benefits, we will gladly submit insurance claims on your behalf. Please note, based on your individual benefit plan, you will be responsible for any deductible or uncovered amount.
